Exceptional opportunity to join a growing team providing essential support to the Assessment team.

To undertake coordination of Hays Assessment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to a high standard;through supporting and planning the execution and administration of key work streams and projects, with minimal supervision.

* Plan and secure adequate resources to ensure that all research, design and assessment delivery projects are completed within the required timescales.
* As required, support the Programme Manager in project management activity, including updating project plans, and tracking resources used.
* Liaise with clients, assessors and candidates in order to arrange assessments within required timescales.
* Managing the associate pool
* Sourcing and booking of associates who will be utilised across a number of assessment projects including negotiate rates and schedules
* Administer online psychometric tests and send relevant profiles to assessors.
* Ensure all deadlines are met
* Take action to deal with, and where appropriate escalate, exceptions, problems and issues of priority in a timely manner, ensuring that agreed solutions are implemented in line with the established change control process.
* Arranging and booking travel and accommodation and ensuring budgets are met.
* Budget monitoring and supplier invoice processing including arranging Purchase Orders for each project
* Provide monthly and ad hoc income and expenditure reports
* Updating of database
* Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders including senior clients and internal stakeholders
* Plan and prioritise workloads for A&D team
* Organise preparation for assessment centres or events, as required.
* As required, attend assessment events to facilitate the running of the day, completing all necessary admin processes as required.
* Oversee the candidate management process to ensure candidates are managed in a fair and honest manner, in accordance with all legislation, best practice
* Generating weekly reports with new permanent starters
* Checking if all candidates are compliant and sending information to consultants what is missing
* Supporting compliance team with their tasks if needed
* Saving applications from Logic Melon platform in correct folders and updating spreadsheets
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
