Asset & Configuration Analyst, London, \u00A397.37 PAYE, for leading IT service provider and financial institution

Please note, you must be SC cleared or able to undergo clearance in order to start this role.
This is a rolling 3 month contract, working from 9am-5:30pm.

Job Description

* Maintain Cis to the required level of detail using discovery sources and other external input.
* Perform audit tasks.
* Complete work tasks for accounts following defined work instructions.
* Reports and escalates data exceptions to Senior (data) Analyst.
* Reports and escalates any work instruction exceptions to Senior (data) Analyst.
* Process Change records to support any additions or update to Infrastructure Cis where a Configuration Service exists.
* Completes Non BAU tasks as directed or assigned by Team Leader
* Performs audits tasks including where necessary plan and conduct physical onsite audits.
* Completes any necessary service or account metrics
* Completes tasks to assigned PGL\/CATS or timescales.
* Awareness of the Customer Service Profile which includes the Service Plan.
* Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation

Requirements

* Good Microsoft office skills, primarily Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Previous data analysis skills advantageous.
* Able to follow work instruction processes.
* Good communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with supervision.
* Good Team Player
* ITIL Foundation Qualified advantageous.
* Some understanding of Asset & Configuration processes advantageous.
* Experience in Asset & Configuration CMDB's desirable.
