AV Supervisor
City of London salary £40,000
One of the leading providers of integrated AV communication systems. Due to continued success are seeking to recruit an AV Super visor to be based at clients site in Bishops square London E1the service is covered from 7am to 7pm on shift rotations and overtime is available. The ideal candidate will have previous expereience in a supervisory role on site managing a team.

The Role

:*The main prpose of the role is to assist with the operational management of the AV team working closely with the AV Manager and assistant Manager to ensure all elements of the service are delivered

*Planning client requests

*Oversee coordination of the support teamto fulfil requests

*developing the team and service including creation and amendment of process and procedures

*Handling customer feedback and providing input back to the business

*Will be very organised and experiened at producing documentation and insdusty stamdard processes

* Leadership skills and the ability to troubleshoot

*Knowledge of Web conference platforms Webex MS Teams & Zoom

* 3% pension contribution (after 3 months probation period)
* 23 days holiday in first year (holiday years rising after length
of service January to December) to 25 during 3rd year
