Business Applications Manager London (4 days in office) Up to \u00A375,000 per annum

I am currently working with a start-up group that operates across 5 areas of hospitality, real estate, co-working spaces, markets and events. The role
This company use technology at the forefront of their operations and as such are looking for a Business Application Manager to lead all back-office (HR, Finance, Procurement and Legal) and property & facility management process implementations. This role will be joining a bustling environment with lots of projects on the go and several implementation just waiting for you to take the lead! Part of this role will involve analysing new facility management systems across their brands.

Objectives:

* Initiation and delivery of business application projects across the full end-to-end process
* Ensure effective use of systems and facilitating and change requests for back-office departments
* Maintain business efficiency by planning and executing business application processes
* Implement analytics for company stakeholders and enable smart and fast processes
* Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities and achievements
* Work collaboratively with IT infrastructure and networking team to ensure system SLA's

Skills, experience and qualifications

* 2+ years in a 'lead' position within an IT department (i.e project manager, business analyst, etc)
* Strong demonstrable experience of project management \/ software or system delivery at a hands-on level --- With knowledge and\/or experience across Business Analysis (processes), Architecture and technical work
* Prior experience across property (preferred), facilities, hospitality, retail or events
* Strong supplier management experience with knowledge of due-diligence and ability to negotiate with suppliers
* Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively using appropriate level of detail depending on the stakeholder (you will be working with Directors & C-Suite level and below)
* Ideally experience working with SAP B1 (must have experience with a financial system)
* Highly skilled in system integration and interfaces
* DESIRABLE: Knowledge of Salesforce
* DESIRABLE: BI & reporting
