Are you passionate about delivering an excellent supporter experience? Do you like creating and delivering new fundraising propositions and mass engagement opportunities? If so, this role is for you!The main focus of this role is to ensure that the community fundraising team has the right, processes, products and propositions to drive growth in supporter numbers and income. Producing mass communications with community supporters and delivering income growth from key income streams including celebration giving and in-memorial giving, this role will be a linchpin in the new community fundraising strategy.About the TeamThe Community Fundraising team is a crucial part of the Public Fundraising department, raising vital income from clubs, companies and individuals from all over the UK. This vibrant team of 15 is split into four main areas, each focussing on a different aspect of community engagement.This role leads the new Stewardship & Propositions function within the team, whose purpose is to drive mass engagement with community supporters and to create compelling new community fundraising propositions.About YouYou will be a creative and organised fundraiser with a passion for project management and proposition development.The ideal candidate will also have: - Experience of managing mass communications to varied audiences to drive long term engagement - Excellent project management and collaboration skills - Ability in successfully developing new fundraising propositions and processes - Understanding of the uses of good data management to drive engagement - A real passion for working in public fundraising and delivering engaging and inspiring supporter experiencesAbout the CharityEvery day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
