To support the users of the Underwriting New Services applications through access management services, production issue management, and supporting the deployment of enhancements to products and applications. This is a new role within a well-established team. We are looking for friendly individuals who have a collaborative approach to their work

Key Responsibilities:
To administer, support, and maintain key business applications.
Manage and control application access, permissions, and profiles.
Support the coordination of upgrades and rollouts of business applications.
Develop and maintain procedural and policy documentation.
Document, maintain, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
To provide support and guidance to the business users.
Work with other departments to coordinate interdepartmental activities in order to meet business expectations. Assist in problem resolution as needed to ensure prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies.
Manage, prioritise and resolve incoming issues either independently or utilising other team members or 3rd parties.
Be the key Technical contact, working with the Product Owner and application supplier/support team in respect of technical issues and delivery of enhancements.
Develop system test plans and test scripts and approve new system behaviors to ensure alignments with business/system objectives.
Under minimal supervision, evaluate business and/or system requirements to determine/recommend application improvements or solutions based on research.
Communication of release, updates, and enhancements to relevant departments.
Work closely with Business and other technical teams in the evaluation of business requirements and/or system requirements and to work with the business areas to enhance the applications.

Skills and Experience:
Experience supporting application users
Experience in user administration
Experience working on system enhancements and rollouts
Experience developing and executing test plans
Ability to prioritise the workload and work effectively either independently or as part of a team
Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments
