* Strong interest in technology, and agility at learning new technologies Technical Characteristics
* Able to understand user requirements and guide them towards a fix
* Is familiar with today's technologies used in the workplace (Windows 10, Office 2016, VPN's, BYOD, Jabber, OneNote, OneDrive)
* Is willing to learn support of bespoke hardware \/ software used on customer sites
* Is familiar with working to SLA's
* Is familiar from logging requests \/ incidents as they come in (ServiceNow)
