As our digital content continues to grow, we are looking for a Digital Events Co-ordinator to support the Digital Events Manager to manage our webinar portfolio. Reporting to the Digital Events Manager you will work closely with our sales and editorial teams to assist in the delivery of our large webinar portfolio. This includes maintaining strong relationships with clients, helping to manage the webinar schedule, delivery of the schedule and assisting with reporting on key statistics and revenue recognition.

What you would be doing:

  • Be a key point of contact for client relationships
  • Work with the Digital Events Manager to ensure webinar logistics run smoothly, and the topic schedule is balanced
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing and editorial teams to ensure the delivery of the webinar portfolio and feed key reports to the Digital Events Manager
  • Ensure that the software and tools used to deliver the portfolio remain fit for purpose and regularly review any changes that need to be made to continue to offer an excellent client experience
  • Take responsibility for proactive communication with the key business stakeholders involved in your work
  • Work within the company's processes and support company initiatives
  • Develop an understanding of the key markets we operate in

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with B2B clients ideally in the legal or professional services market
  • Experience of working in a commercial environment with an understanding of how your activities impact the bottom line
  • Experience of working with a variety of webinar/virtual event platforms and other systems
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and juggle tight deadlines
  • Strong communicator who effectively communicates ideas to others with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideally experienced working in a publishing, media or business information environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
