Experienced Customer Engineer job in London, \u00A315.82 per hour (PAYE), 6-month contract with a global finance leader. Working hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 17.30pm)

Our Client, based at Triton Square in London, is a global leader in the financial world. You will be working as part of a Support Team within Corporate Banking, leading by example and delivering a highly-organised support service.

Your new role
An experienced customer engineer is required to step into the role of perform a range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements. You will document and report on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures, contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards to meet business and customer requirements, escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met. Able to communicate on issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations and provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in IT Service environment, you can demonstrate the ability to absorb and apply technical information and can use a broad range of information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role. You will have experience in working towards SLAs, demonstrating your drive and self-motivation. Previous working experience is as required:

* Windows 7\/10 desktop support
* Office 2007 \/ Office 2010 support
* Office 2007 \/ 2010 experience
