Your new company

The client I am working with is in the digital publishing industry, looking for people who have a passion for combining creativity and Blockchain technology, and how their interplay can push boundaries and unlock new modes of expression. They are launching a new chain for NFTs, Culture & Creativity, built efficiently with Ethereum. They're backed by multiple leading names in technology, art and crypto.

Today, their NFT enables a great user experience, using the best-in-class technology, and continues along a path towards increasing decentralisation. They are also partnered with artists, creators and content owners who want to launch NFTs on the chain. Think of this as the best creative studio for NFTs.

Your new role

* Executing various user stories from the product's backlog, assisting in the completion of those tasks within the agreed timeline and in accordance with the story's acceptance criteria.
* You will be expected, within a short ramp up period, to make major contributions to the product's development across the full stack, including but not necessarily limited to: Front-end development using React, including integrating front end implementations with the product's APIs and GraphQL. And Back-end development using Node.js, MongoDB and GraphQL and the AWS suite of managed services.
* Ideally, you will have had experience integrating with Ethereum smart contracts using Blockchain tools and software.
* Assisting in maintaining the products extensive CI\/CD pipeline.
* Completing code reviews of other team members code and assisting in the mentoring of other developers.
* Completing research with respect to the implementation of new product features and refactoring of existing features.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be required to:

* A Github profile or samples of your code made available for review.
* You have demonstrable commercial experience working on production applications across the Full Stack, in either a start-up, \"innovation lab\" or product development environment
* You are self-driven and able to work independently and with little direction, with the ability to reach out to teammates and other technology specialists when required.
* You know how to work effectively in a remote environment, but when circumstances permit would have no problem working in the company's offices several days a week as circumstances require.
* You enjoy mentoring and coaching and have no problem pair programming from time to time.
* You have a university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
