Your new role
The business are looking for someone shape the digital future of the company which this role will be massively part of! All within a collaborative, supportive environment where people matter. A place where people know that they are valued for not what they do, but also for who they are. You will be involved in core Marketing strategies such as managing social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) delivering content for different communities, end to end campaign management, working effectively with key stakeholders in the UK and in different countries, project management and some aspects of internal communications.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to be passionate about people and value communicating effectively, particularly for improving employee performance.
* Ideally you will have a degree in a creative field i.e. Marketing, Journalism, Literature, Communication
* 2 years + experience in a similar marketing role with exposure to content writing
* Experience dealing with social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
* Aptitude to develop, manage and execute inspiring campaigns
* Experience working with international teams
* French, Spanish or German language skills will be a big bonus!
