We're looking for an experienced and inspirational person to lead the brand marketing & creative team at one of the most well-known and successful charities in the UK. Do you fit the bill?This is a high-profile role, responsible for leading the brand marketing strategy across Great Ormond Street Charity. You'll be comfortable working in a matrix environment to ensure alignment with colleagues in the hospital brand team. You'll work closely with colleagues in fundraising, communications, digital and the hospital to develop and enhance the GOSH brand, ensuring brand and marketing opportunities are optimised to deliver maximum impact for engagement and income generation.You will be an experienced creative professional leading a team of brand managers and designers, with experience either in-house or agency and a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.We're looking for somebody with experience in - Developing and enhancing a much-loved brand - Instilling a brand culture across an organisation - Managing creative and marketing agencies - Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - A passion for using data to drive business performanceAbout the CharityEvery day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
