Head of Change to deliver a new front office change & technology programme

A mid-sized fund firm are about to kick off a major programme of work, to improve the way they invest across asset classes and also to bolster risk capability. The culture is driven and dynamic, offering a pleasant, collegiate environment with a good work\/life balance. Projects are well invested in, with plenty of variety across a diverse range of asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, real estate and private markets.

They are looking for a head of change management with experience of managing a team of project managers, business analysts & PMO, with the ability to introduce process, prioritisation, resource management, a change framework, resource management, own steering groups and governance.

Ideal candidates will have plenty of investment management front office change war stories (change & technology projects), excellent organisation skills (& enjoys that part!), team management, a delivery focus and be adept at building strong C level stakeholder relationships.
