Your new company

A Head of Finance is required for an employer of choice (winner of UK's Business of the Year award) based in London. Working in the head office and remotely from home, you will be supporting the CFO and other C-suite members to achieve company targets as well as leading the finance function of the business.

Your new role
The role for Head of Finance is a unique opportunity to work in an ambitious and rapidly growing organisation with clear opportunities for promotion. Your role as Head of Finance will be a critical one with a range of responsibilities such as:

* Manage and mentor a team of 4 hard-working and passionate junior accountants to accomplish day to day tasks
* Working towards improving and maintaining the company's debtor management
* Preparing and supervising the external audit
* Preparing a variety of statutory accounts
* Preparing various department budgets and producing variance analysis reports

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Head of Finance here, you MUST have the following:

* A qualification from an accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Experience managing a team
* Experience in management accounts preparation and debtor management
* Strong data analytical skills
* Ideally, experience working within an SME
