A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an attentive and adaptable individual with experience in administration to join the HR team of 4.

Your new role
With a headcount of 62, this role will cover end to end HR administration, including keeping the HRIS up to date, managing the benefits administration and supporting in the recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:

* Recruitment Administration and new Starter Process
* Change process
* HR Database Administration - Cascade
* Benefits Administration
* HR Mailbox

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in an administration role or ideally a HR admin position.You will need to have good attention to detail, be adaptable and have an interest in HR.
