Your new role
The Interim HR Analyst will work as part of a Transformation team which will define and build the People Operations service proposition, enabling the centralisation and consolidation of HR operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across People function and Technology to design detailed processes for the future People Operations division which are simplified, consolidated, standardised, automated and global and build the taxonomy for the businesses future People Operations processes ensuring a thorough audit trial and documentation are in place, with detailed processes for each step documented effectively. You will identify KPIs and SLAs and play a leading role in user acceptance testing and knowledge transfer for the new processes. . You will be responsible for mapping and documenting processes in detail (use of Visio is crucial as they have a lot of process maps to rework), and knowledge of Workday business processes would be an advantage. ServiceNow knowledge is a plus, but not a necessity.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have worked as an HR Process specialist within a large global financially regulated business where you will have worked with Workday. You will be avid at mapping and documenting processes in detail (use of Visio is crucial as they have a lot of process maps to rework), and knowledge of Workday business processes would be an advantage. ServiceNow knowledge is a plus, but not a necessity
.You will be able to demonstrate a track record with process mapping projects, ideally within HR / Payroll and of experience of working ARIS, Microsoft Visio or a similar process mapping tools. You will have Advanced Excel skills and an understanding of leading practice process mapping techniques. An awareness of the People lifecycle and People issues including performance management, employee relations, wellbeing, recruitment etc and an understanding of continuous improvement approaches, process mapping and basic change management will be required. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the 6 month duration of the contract including visiting the London office weekly.
