3 month Interim Sourcing Category Role across HR & People services. Potential for extension and WFH options.

Your new company
We are recruiting for one of the most successful outsourced providers in the UK who are recruiting an Interim Senior Sourcing Manger for their HR & People category which includes recruitment, learning and development, professional services. With a new CPO in place this organisation have been successful in really promoting procurement and building positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Your new role
As the Procurement Sourcing Manager you will be leading the strategic movement and execution of the HR& People categories. You will build relationships with your key disciplines and stakeholders in order to scope out requirements and work strategically with the business as a trusted business partner. You will also leverage and work with key suppliers in order to obtain best value for money across complex service agreements. This role is a mix of strategic and hands on so you will still be managing the end to end process for a period of 3 months initially, potentially lasting up to 12 months.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must either be a specialist in the HR\/ Professional Service categories, or have a strong indirect service background with a few projects under your belt within HR\/ Professional Services. You will be a strong communicator and be able to build relationships with ease. Whilst this role can be majority home based, there will be an expectation to visit the office within the first month to meet with your key stakeholders. The office is based in London Bridge.

In return you will receive a FTSE brand on your CV with a potential for this 3 month contract to be extended up to 12 months. This role is IN SCOPE of IR35 therefore you will be paid via PAYE or Umbrella, and you will also receive access to certain retail discounts through the Hays contractor portal.
