A leading, top 25, accountancy firm are looking for a confident and creative individual to join the HR team, as their first L&D hire.

Your new role
The stand alone role requires you to create and implement ideas to establish strong L&D standards within the organisation, for associates and qualified staff. Following company goals, you will take leadership of training programmes, whilst developing talent and managing employee progression.
What you'll need to succeed

* Relevant experience in an L&D role within professional services
* Ability to adapt and communicate ideas across the HR team
* Experience and confidence in creating and developing learning programmes
* Ideally CIPD qualified
