Learning and Development Partner - Digital Learning

Digital pedagogy and learning technologies are central to the continual enhancement of our self-learning inspired culture and our digital learning suite, that accelerates learning and is agile and responsive to changing markets and business needs. We have therefore created a new role for a Learning and Development Partner that focuses on Digital Learning to assist in developing and coordinating our digital and virtual learning content of the future.
Your new role
In this role you will have the responsibility of creating and managing interesting and engaging digital training and eLearning that uses innovative and current digital learning methods, elevates the learning experience and enhances our L&D core programmes and framework. You will therefore play an integral role in creating a self-learning culture and providing others with the tools and resources they need to realise their full potential, through enhancing their skills and expertise.
You will report to our Learning & Development Manager and will be involved in various digital learning projects that will involve elements of project and change management and require engagement with key stakeholders in the business, giving you an opportunity to influence change and make a real impact.
The key objective is to propel our business success through continuous delivery and development of unparalleled world class training and learning resources.
We are open to location for this role but you must be able to travel to either Birmingham, London or Bristol, where our training hubs are based.
Your new role will involve, but not be limited to:
* Creation of engaging and creative digital learning content through effectively utilising Adobe Articulate and wider content creation\/authoring tools.
* Support organisational change and business objectives through ensuring all digital content is current and reflects current business needs through engaging with key stakeholders
* Supporting the ongoing enhancement and evolution of our learning management system and L&D ecosystem
* Be the first point of contact for all eLearning and digital content queries and support
* Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of all digital learning projects
* Keeping up to date and consulting on the latest L&D digital tools, resources and trends that could be utilised within Hays.
