Learning and Development Senior Officer, London, Full-time, Flexible Working Conditions.

Your new company
A major UK transport operator, with around 2,500 employees, is looking for an innovative L&D professional, who is looking for a new challenge.

Your new role
This role reports to the Head of L&D, and requires you to design and create relevant training materials for a range of employees across the organisation. 80% of the role will be content creating, with 20% delivery of the training.

What you'll need to succeed

* Demonstrable experience of creating engaging training content, online and face to face.
* IT literate, specifically strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
* Sound knowledge and experience of apprenticeships levy and external awarding bodies.
* Previous experience running virtual training events Project skills Experience of modern learning methodologies
* Proactive with strong influencing skills
* Hold a relevant level 4 Certification in Education and training (CTLLS) or (CIPD)
