Your new role
In this unique role, you will feel equally at home in contributing to the development of our employer brand strategy and working on the front line, delivering engaging and effective recruitment campaigns. However, you won't be alone as you'll have a great team to support you. You will be working closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Group Employer Branding Manager and Group Employer Branding Consultants. You will also regularly collaborate with our Talent Acquisition teams, our colleagues in marketing and internal communications, and business stakeholders. The business are looking for someone shape the digital future of the company which this role will be massively part of! All within a collaborative, supportive environment where people matter. You will be involved in core Marketing strategies such as managing social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) delivering content for different communities, end to end campaign management, working effectively with key stakeholders in the UK and in different countries, project management and some aspects of internal communications.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to be passionate about people and value communicating effectively, particularly for improving employee performance.
* A degree in a creative field i.e. Marketing, Journalism, Literature, Communication
* 2 years experience in a similar marketing role with exposure to content writing
* Experience dealing with social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
* Aptitude to develop, manage and execute inspiring campaigns
* Experience working with international teams
