Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of marketing services and facilitate the smooth running of the marketing services team by managing resources - people and budget - are efficiently in line with priorities. You will also support the management and procurement of external suppliers, as well as providing flexible support across the marketing services team and wider organisation - e.g. contributing project management skills to project teams.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a highly organised individual who has a solutions-focused approach, as well as being able to respond to change positively and constructively manage resources in a fast-paced environment.
It is essential that you have knowledge of a work management tool such as Jira, as well as having extensive resource management experience with a particular focus on Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

You will also have a good understanding of the marketing services, have experience in budget and supplier selection, management and invoicing, as well as strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
