Multi Trade Operative required for our client, a reputable maintenance company who offer great career opportunities, and a long lasting career. The Multi Trade Operative will be carrying out work across the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors within Central London and Greater London.

Through on-going growth and expansion, they are currently recruiting Mobile Multi-Traders to join our team and work within our Building Services and Technical Services teams.

Multi Trade Operative Position Overview

The role provides the successful candidates an opportunity for a varied and interesting career.

As part of our Multi-Trade team, you will be required to have:

Good understanding of all types of general building and maintenance in both domestic & commercial properties
Ability to accurately quote remedial works on a time and material basis.
Ability to clearly identify domestic, commercial electrical faults and be able to rectify
Professionally and pleasantly meeting with clients/ tenants on a day-to-day basis
Send necessary reports back to the office following completion of works via our software.

Multi Trade Operative Position Requirements

The successful candidates would require the following and attributes;

Time served experience and a good understanding of all types of carpentry, painting & decorating, locks, tiling, basic plumbing in both domestic & commercial properties
Experience in servicing, repairing and maintaining domestic and commercial properties to a high standard including the ability to diagnose defects and accurately report findings to include the cost of repairs.
Participate in the company's on-call rota - 1 week in 3.
CSCS card advantageous
Experience performing a multi-trade role.

Multi Trade Operative Position Remuneration

£30,000- £35,360 (£50,000+ with overtime)
