Your new company
Hays Healthcare are working with an ambulance service within London to supply them with both RGNs and Paramedics that are Pathways trained, to provide telephone triage on the 111 service.

Your new role
As a Clinical Advisor you will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using the NHS Pathways assessment software, you will assess the patient's condition, and provide basic advice and health information ensuring they are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service.

What you will need

* You must hold a valid NMC or HCPC registration
* Be Pathways trained
* Current or recent Pathways experience
