Permanent opportunity for an Office Manager to join a growing Consultancy based by Piccadilly Circus!

A global specialist executive search firm that supports companies by providing and delivering exceptional talent and advice. They have a dynamic team of ambitious professionals based globally and they are now seeking an Office Manager to join their London team.

Your new role

* Communication: answering the telephones and ensuring smooth, efficient and professional communication. Taking messages and transferring calls, facilitating video conferencing internal and externally
* Ensure a welcoming and professional environment; managing visitors to the office, preparing and managing meeting rooms, being the first point of contact for all guests
* Facilities management: ensuring office and conference rooms are functional; maintaining office environment to a high standard, being first point of contact for cleaners, building management, and other stakeholders as required
* Maintaining supplies for the office - kitchen, stationery, other supplies as needed.
* Assisting colleagues with calendar management, travel arrangements and ad-hoc projects as needed
* Assisting the finance manager with credit card expenses, petty cash, bank statements.
* Responsible for team wellness and event management; organizing team social events including the global company offsite, Christmas party and monthly socials
* Scheduling interviews between clients and candidates, scheduling client update calls\/meetings
* Providing general support on research tasks, creating candidate profiles, client update documents, updating market reports, online searches for information on firms and individuals

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience within a fast-paced office environment and similar role
* Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
* Ability to build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships and represent the firm credibly and professionally with all external stakeholders
