Your new role
As a Senior manager, you'll mainly be responsible for leading the transformation PMO team to manage third parties. Working with the procurement function using supplier performance to report, measure progress and support proactive interventions.
You will provide a seamless experience to the programme team through project management processes, standards, tools and templates.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a proactive style and a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and manage projects at different stages of maturity simultaneously. You are likely to come with significant programme and project management experience (eg, PRINCE, MSP, APM) of leading a large-scale finance or technology transformation programmes and have background in or experience in generalist HR or of leading people related change programmes. You will also lead projects and allocate or manage priorities across projects and workload.
