PPM & Supplier Manager
SALARY: 40-45k
LOCATION: Docklands, Canary Wharf
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - hours per week (flexible hours available)
Permanent, full-time

Due to growth they are looking for a PPM and supplier Manager to join their leading facilities management company. You will be reporting to the Head of customer Operations with everything related to planned preventative maintenance, supplier co-ordination and CAFM upkeep.

Your new role will include:
-Maintaining the CAFM with PPM schedules and making sure the asset registers are kept up to date
-Raising purchase orders for new suppliers
-Administrating compliance records and other operational data in the management system
-Overseeing the reports providing processes, procedures, training and objectives as
necessary to ensure high performance and efficiency
-Managing the performance of subcontractors
-Organising day to day responsibilities to ensure the teams performance and productivity
-Ensuring maintenance schedules are in line with contract requirements
Supporting the Head of Customer Operations by providing timely performance reports

What you need to succeed:
-Over 5 years working within building services / facilities management
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages and have a high level of IT and using different systems
-Experience in managing teams
-Able to use CAFM or other management systems
-High attention to detail
-Strong customer focus and sensitivity
-High work ethic and drive for performance improvement and quality

Security Clearance to NPPV/2, or Non-Police Personnel Vetting to Level 2 required to be undertaken
