Annual BonusDo you want to take ownership of your own client portfolio with direct access to clients, working as part of the client's consultancy team and acting as the client's representative on M&E projects?

A global Property Consultancy, with their own fully-functioning, in-house M&E Design Consultancy, delivering M&E projects from across all of their clients' wider buildings and estate portfolios.

Offering an enjoyable career path, they have access to their own client base and do not have to competitively tender for work, as they manage all aspects of a client's property portfolio from buying, selling etc along with anything technical, including building surveying, PM, sustainability NZC & M&E including full detailed design (stages 0-7) and asset engineering the life cycle of a building.

Alongside offering a technically challenging role, commercial development and excellent CPD and access to the clients thinking in terms of the drivers behind commercial property. You will develop both your technical knowledge, alongside your client facing and commercial skills, within a highly successful and secure working environment?

You'll join an existing client-side team, where you'll work autonomously, with the full support of the M&E Director and the wider M&E team, who'll help you to work towards becoming Associate Director.

There is a vast amount of high-value and prestigious projects to choose from, covering commercial, leisure, heritage, retail and industrial, involving modernising/retro-fitting buildings, decarbonisation of existing buildings and undertaking feasibility on exciting, new developments.

Working closely with clients, you'll develop an entrepreneurial approach to your client's needs and gain a clear understanding of the commercial drivers behind property ownership and development.

What you'll do:

Carry out full detailed design.
Project manage and supervise projects, co-ordinating with other engineering and real estate disciplines.
Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme.
Peer review and overseeing external consultant designs.
TDD surveys/reporting and dilapidations.
