Your new role
As a Program Director you'll be responsible for a major talent acquisition service which covers several locations across the UK. It is a great opportunity to be the head of a market-leading and market-changing service - there really isn't a role like this anywhere else.

Directing this large RPO programme means you will be accountable for all aspects of internal and external delivery of the service: operational delivery, P&L responsibility, performance metrics, service improvement and continued service evolution. To give you an idea of scale, hiring volumes will be in the thousands and the business is in growth mode so the only way is up!

This will be a challenging role and you'll need to be sure that you've got the energy and drive to achieve in sometimes challenging situations, using your resilience to maintain progress and build a best practice service worthy of industry awards. We won't mislead you; this is a significant role with real accountability, there will be demanding times but together, both us and the client are committed to getting there whilst learning and having fun along the way.

What you'll need to succeed
You will oversee a seamless transition between implementation and service delivery, don't worry, you don't do this on your own! You'll be supported by our project and change management experts and tools.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will also be responsible for helping to steer the wider business towards our strategic goals.

With your head of talent acquisition responsibilities, you'll build lasting relationships at C-level and be the driving force behind the strategy, development and evolution of the service. That improvement may be efficiency improvements and systems optimisation, or the development \/ trial of new operational models and or engagement approaches.

As an accomplished recruitment leader, you will manage a significant team, via an experienced (and exceptional) management team, you'll be passionate about the development and progression of all members of your team.
