Your new role
The successful applicant will take ownership for the overall delivery of assigned projects, including the transition of recruitment services into operational delivery, by utilising the Hays Change Management Methodology, Project Management techniques and effective stakeholder management skills. You will act as the single point of contact for key stakeholders during an implementation or transition programme and will develop strong relationships with all subject matter experts and project personnel.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have prior experience of building productive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading to a greater understanding of the objectives and priorities of senior managers Have worked as part of a transition team to establish a productive and supportive working environment, ensuring effective communication and consultation with colleagues, as well as successfully implementing change and\/or changing behaviours in a complex environments Understanding and practical application of Hays chosen Project Management methodologies, technical ecosystem and relevant legislation, to be able to provide expert advice on policies, processes and procedures relating to the transition of tools and services
