Hays Property & Surveying have once again been exclusively retained by a major Central London commercial property fund who are linked to the public sector. This fantastic organisation is looking to strengthen their Investment Fund team with an MRICS Asset Manager who will manage a trophy commercial portfolio.

Your new company

This is a brand new and unique opportunity to join a client-side real estate property investment group who own major commercial office buildings and retail assets across central London. The combined portfolio value is worth more than \u00A32bn with an annual income of more than \u00A330m per annum. The organisations assets are spread across the West End, The City and other surrounding Boroughs so you will be managing a true London portfolio.

Your new role

Asset Manager

A fantastic career opportunity for an MRICS qualified Asset Manager with 1-5 years' experience to assist the Investment Property Group to achieve & maximising income and fund performance. The purpose of this vacancy is to directly manage a segment of the portfolio valued at c.\u00A3400m with an annual income of c.\u00A315m per annum. The role will involve the following elements: assisting with acquisition, disposals, development, refurbishments, dilapidation claims, rating, property management and leasing. The successful candidate will be required work independently within a small team taking full responsibility and ownership

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Qualified - Essential

The successful candidate will hold a proven track record of delivering pure asset management, value added activities. You will be required to outline relevant examples of assets you've managed, refurbishments and developments you have completed. We are looking for ambitious, qualified characters who are looking for career progressing and with a desire deliver a best in class service
