Position: Records Assistant
Location: London
Payrate: £10 - £ per hour
Duration: 1/2 months

Do you have great eye for detail? Do you have a positive attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines? We are currently recruiting for a temporary Records Assistant to join a busy and fast paced leading professional services company in London.

Duties:

* Provide assistance to the records management and staff in managing office records
* Provide assistance to the administration in managing and maintaining records
* Compile, gather and organise reports, documents and records
* Process, scan and index records
* Maintain and update records, reports and documents in a database
* Ensure compliance of corporate procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
* Admin assistant based background with a general office experience of photocopying
* Knowledge of office software packages MS/Excel/power point
* Can work to deadlines and their own initiative
* Office environment experience
* Can do attitude/positive outlook generally

Previous experience in the records profession is essential.
