The Role

Do you work passionately and proactively?

Join us as a Recruitment and Admissions Manager for our early careers programmes. Nurture candidates, build lasting relationships and identify top talent to join London Business School. You'll also play a key role in promoting the school at events in the UK and internationally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Nurture and select high quality and diverse talent
  • Provide full customer service to all applicants including advising and guiding candidates through the admission process
  • Act as a key liaison for applicants, promoting the School's offerings and our Early Career Programmes.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with Students and Alumni to help with admissions and recruitment activities
  • Represent London Business School on campus, in the UK, (presentations and fairs).
  • Build a strong understanding of the business education market, including competitors of the early careers portfolio and other programmes

Ideal Candidate

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience working in a professional customer services environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • IT literate and competent with databases and spreadsheets
  • Attentive to detail and dedicated to quality
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector, recruitment industry or professional services preferred but not essential
