Regional Facilities Manager - South of England - Expanding Hard FM Service Provider
Are you looking for a step up in management? or a fresh challenge in a growing FM business?
My client is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager from a Hard FM background to support and day-to-day client engagement and leadership of operative teams across their southern accounts.
Key Duties:
* Working with the Regional Account Manager and wider support team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
* Working with the Regional Account Manager and wider support team to ensure service delivery meets financial targets and is sustainable
* Ensure appropriate response to additional requests from clients and management
* Be the day to day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring appropriate engagement to queries and requests
* Support in the creation and presentation of reports to clients and internal stakeholders
* Timely and professional communication to ensure ongoing client satisfaction the development of internal relationships
* Identification of business growth opportunities
* Analysis of information and the ability to problem solve / find solutions
* Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within contracts and all appropriate administrative duties are completed in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
* Ensure appropriate contract review, audit and control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
* Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
The Person:
* Good all-round understanding of delivering hard / soft service facilities management
* Experience of operating within either the public, commercial, property, retail sectors
* Experienced at operating within a multi-client / contract environment
* Financially aware with strong commercial focus
* Have the ability to develop and implement service delivery in line with strategic business objectives
* Ability to manage teams of geographical spread and varied functionality.
