Resourcing Partner- contingent Workforce Experience a must - Great Pay - Perm role

My client a financial services organisation is currently seeking to hire an experienced resourcing partner in the contingent workforce area to join the team on a permanent basis.

The resourcing team sits with the HR department and is responsible for the recruitment and on-boarding of employees and the contingent workforce for the business. The successful individual will be responsible for managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process for contingent workers and also inputting into the strategy for the management of contingent workers, which includes drafting business cases and drafting and exciting communications strategies in relation to contingent workers.

To be considered got this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Essential you can show you are an expert in the management of contingent workers (on-boarding and off-boarding);
* Project management experience ideally within an international organisation;
* A resourcing professional with an understanding of best-practice recruitment, sourcing and selection;
* An IR35 SME including an understanding of relevant legislation;
* Understands the concept of umbrella companies and how they operate;
* Can conduct status determinations;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write policy documents; Must be process focused and have an eye for detail;

This experience can be from any sector, in addition you must be able to show you have strong stakeholder management skills and can work work to deadlines.
