Your new role
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for leading and taking full responsibility for the successful management of the client account and service delivery. You will achieve budget and growth on the client account by maximising fees and recognising opportunities and establish and develop key client relationships in line with the client's contract plan. It is vital for the Client Manager to maintain an effective partnership with the client and continually develop account initiatives. You will manage a team of onsite and Matrix recruitment professionals. You will ensure your Hays team are always delivering to one of our largest accounts and meeting all service levels.

What you'll need to succeed
You have prior experience at senior level of managing MSP recruitment and team with demonstrable achievement of defined business targets. Good awareness of business, customer and market pressures (demands and implications) are needed, as well as broad knowledge of recruitment management and latest recruitment developments including employment legislation and proven experience in managing direct sourcing programs.

The role requires somebody with the personality to drive performance as well as establishing and maintaining an excellent relationship with the client. The ideal candidate should be an adaptable problem solver used to a fast pace as well as changing process requirements that are necessary in a large dynamic organisation.
