Our client is a brand performance agency of specialists with expertise across data, search, media, PR, creative and technology which all work in cohesion to help their clients succeed in an increasingly fragmented, multi-channel world. They are now looking for an SEO Account Director to join their expert team in their London office.

Your new role

The Account Director must be an established and proven expert in SEO with capabilities in all relevant areas and have a strategic approach to organic search. This role requires an understanding of the way in which channels interact and complement one another, as well as the technical capabilities to overview and support high-performance SEO campaigns. The right candidate will be expected to use his own initiative in setting up processes and expectations for the search team within the client hub, will be expected to lead by example, growing the client base by upselling new services and contributing to team new opportunities. Reporting to the Head of SEO, the Account Director directly contributes to the overall direction, development, and scope of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you must have the following:

* At least 4 years of working in SEO
* Proven track record of delivering projects and results for clients with monthly budgets of \u00A35,000+
* Extensive experience using organic Search management platforms (Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog etc.) as well as tracking solutions such as GA360 and Google Analytics. Work proficiency in using MS Office suite (in particular Excel, Power Point and Word)
* Experience in developing and leading client relationships
* exceptional people management skills with proven track record of developing junior team members
* Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
* Experience in optimising and developing organic search strategies to hit performance and efficiency targets is essential
* Experience of executing campaigns within Paid Media channels beneficial
* Proven ability to cross sell\/up sell
