Your new company is a global financial services company. You will be joining their leading Asset Management division. They have over $2 trillion in assets under supervision. You will be part of a exciting company, where you can help to build meaningful relationships & work with a range of talent colleagues in a collaborative space.

Your new role
In your new role as the Vice President of RFPs, you will focus on the management and delivery of Request for Proposals (\"RFPs\") and Due Diligence Questionnaires (\"DDQs\") from prospective & existing clients. In particular, you will focus on:

* Working closely with Client Portfolio Management teams (Fixed Income, Quantitative Investment Strategies and Fundamental Equity), the Centralised RFP department & different sales channels
* Develop strong relationships with the Client Portfolio Team & Client Relationship Managers
* Develop knowledge of industry trends
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high quality RFPS & DDQs are delivered to prospective & existing clients
* Assist in developing data & metrics to track KPIs including RFP flows, success rates

What you need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role as the VP of RFPs, you will need:

* 5 years + of RFP experience, within Asset Management (ideally), or wider Financial Services Strong in Microsoft Office
* Relevant Bachelor's degree
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Strong project management skills (professional experience required)
* Being a strategic thinker
* Risk management focus
* High attention to detail & ability to work in high pressure environments
