Your new role
As a Wholesale Sales Executive you will develop and nurture our independent retailers and support the Sales Manager with key wholesale accounts. This role is an opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, start-up environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be dynamic, well-presented and have good experience in international wholesale sales; have demonstrated success and confidence to drive sales growth in both new and existing accounts. You will be passionate about kids-wear and selling our products and will be a strong ambassador for the brand. You'll report to our Sales Manager, with the opportunity to WFH, with an office based in Camden, London.
Responsibilities
\u25CF Actively drive seasonal and core collections to active Independent, Key and New Accounts
\u25CF Own the set-up and management of \"Joor\" the B2B platform used to sell to independent retailers.
\u25CF Support the sales strategy under the Sales Manager
\u25CF Identify and develop Domestic and International independent retail accounts, new customer acquisition to build a personalised database through prospect calls and meetings
\u25CF Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers, supporting existing accounts with relevant advice to optimise sales opportunities as well as after sales support
\u25CF Work with the Photography & Creative teams on all requirements for the department and customers
\u25CF Schedule and prioritise in-store training and store visits to ensure the brand is represented correctly at all times, build relationships with teams in stores - including personal shopping, floor managers, visual merchandising and marketing.
\u25CF Attend & prepare for trade shows, seasonal selling appointments and assisting Sales Manager on Key Account & National Account selling appointments
\u25CF Sales order and payment processing, submit, manage and track all sales orders
\u25CF Liaise with our fulfilment warehouse on shipping requirements, customs procedures and returns
\u25CF Request and consolidate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
\u25CF Execute all processes and systems for sales and update on a regular basis including order\/stock management system (Joor) and customer database system (Salesforce)
What you'll need to succeed
\u25CF Previous work experience in a similar role, managing wholesale clients within premium\/luxury goods.
\u25CF Excellent verbal and written communication skills\/able to communicate effectively.
\u25CF Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability and excellent attention to detail
\u25CF Poses ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast paced and rapid growing environment
\u25CF Exhibit a strong work ethic, high energy level, and team-oriented
\u25CF Passion for product and retail
\u25CF Highly organised with strong follow up skills.
\u25CF Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency). Use of Joor, Salesforce and Shopify is beneficial.
