We'll help you succeed
Our 12-month Industrial Placement Programme starts in July and will help you gain invaluable knowledge and skills and gain exposure to BDO and our people, which could lead to an offer of a graduate role.
During your programme, you'll have the opportunity to explore some of the different specialisms within your stream and contribute to a range of client projects as part of the team. This will allow you to expand your portfolio of skills and experience a breadth of opportunity to increase your future options and build a platform to develop your career. Alongside extensive training, you'll also have the opportunity to build your network with peers and colleagues for when you return after university.
Our Advisory team provide a wide variety of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. Whether it's buying a new business, expanding internationally or struggling with financial difficulties, our team provide support and solutions that help businesses overcome challenges. The team work across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. From technology to risk advisory, you'll be exposed to some of the world's most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds in the industry.
When you join us
When you join us, we'll make your development our priority. If you're the right fit, you'll thrive in an environment built to help you succeed. We're looking for:
- A second year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree completing a work placement in your third year
- A predicted 2:2 degree in any discipline
- Three A-levels or equivalent at A* to C excluding General Studies and Extended Projects (obtained or predicted)
- A 9 - 4 in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent (we will also consider qualifications from outside the UK)
