As an Adjusting Executive, you'll provide full support to our experienced team of experts, building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, and assisting the Head of Marine and Specialty Support Manager.With a passion for providing first class customer service to our clients and colleagues, your responsibilities will include undertaking digital dictation, setting up new losses, ensuring meaningful first contact with Policyholders/Brokers upon receipt of new instructions and booking adjuster appointments when required. You'll also manage incoming correspondence linking it to our claims management system, edit and issue adjuster reports to Insurers, and manage caseloads to ensure pro activity. You'll also play a key role in ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems and WIP management and billing.We're keen to hear from motivated applicants enthusiastic to undertake career development activity particularly our adjuster development programme, pursue professional qualifications and build a strong network of support to advance their career in Sedgwick.Many of our colleagues now benefit from working flexibly between the office and home, which helps support a healthy work/life balance.
