Who we are

PwC Operate delivers process improvement and change management to clients across the UK and Europe. The technology team provide our operational colleagues with modern and effective tools and platforms. Our end clients appreciate our professionalism, expertise and the technology enabled solutions we use to deliver engagements.

PwC Operate is growing its internal technology team to support the implementation of innovative technical solutions to the wider Operate business teams who deliver work to the global PwC network and clients.

Leveraging broad industry technology trends alongside developing a deep understanding of the problems and inefficiencies we encounter, we learn, research, discover, recommend and implement changes to processes, tools and systems to help our teams deliver more successful projects while constantly iterating on what our best practice looks like.

We're seeking passionate technology specialists with a solid base set of skills around data, business processes, management reporting and a desire to learn and improve.
