As an Associate Solutions Architect you will be given the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the overall solution design on initiatives that vary in size from a few thousand pounds to many millions. Primarily focussed on assisting a more experienced Solution Architect on a large piece of work, but there will be opportunities to take ownership on smaller items

What You Will Do

Within this position you will be, developing the solution design for an initiative that aligns to the defined strategies, principles and patterns of the department. You will produce diagrams and charts to aid with the communication of the agreed solution design. Support, and actively participate in, robust governance processes relating to target and transition conceptual, logical and physical architectures for application/technology solutions. Contribute to the process of making Key Design decisions, ensuring that all key stakeholders can contribute to the process and communicate the reasoning and implications of key architectural decisions to senior management stakeholders.
