BARISTA and HOST ( 2 Positions available)
Full time position 37.5 hours per week
£21,500 plus Bonus

A Brand new exciting role has become available for an experienced Barista to join this leading property Investment Management company who specialise in Business Centres all over London .

You need at least 1/2 Years Barista/Host experience when reporting to the Hospitality Operations Manager

The Locations of these positions are Chiswick & Central London or City Location with flexibility
Whilst full training will be provided on how to pour the perfect flat white!! They also need this individual to be outgoing, an excellent multi-tasker, and embody the companies values maintaining consistent levels of quality and customer service.

Reporting to: Hospitality Operations Manager
Purpose of Role

" Day-to-day service of food and beverage from the coffee Location
" Deliver a consistent and quality provision, maintaining customer expectations and high standards of service
" Build rapport with our current and potential customers
" Collect any feedback and share with the centre team and Hospitality Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities:
" Thorough understanding of the products you are selling and serving to customers
" Provide hot beverages to the meeting room customers when required
" Ensure coffee bar and surrounding seating is kept clean and tidy
" Managing stock, and relationships with suppliers alongside the Hospitality Operations Manager
" Liaise with Centre Manager and team on a day-to-day basis to ensure a smooth operation, highlighting any concerns to the team promptly
" Provide exceptional service to all customers, and visitors to the Centre
" Engage with all existing and potential new customers to strengthen and grow good relationships
" Ensure all customer needs and concerns are handled quickly and efficiently to ensure total customer satisfaction
" Confidently talk to customers about the clients proposition
" Familiarisation with competing centres and services in the local areas

Events - (can range from workshops and seminars open to the public to small community building events such as breakfast and networking evenings).

" Assistance of any events in the space alongside the larger Centre management team, including attending evening events on occasion
