With the acquisition of the Funkin Limited in 2015, the company has moved into the cocktail segment, broadening and strengthening its portfolio with a unique and exciting market-leading brand in a growing market.There's never been a better time to join us!What we're looking for...The Brand Coordinator is responsible for the planning, communication and execution of business system tasks associated with SKU changes and the launch of new or promotional SKUs. The role takes responsibility for non-creative aspects of project delivery, from artwork management to on-shelf availability.Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager within the Research and Development department at Middlebrook, the successful candidate will become part of a team dedicated to ensuring product compliance.The Role...To work closely with Innovation and Enterprise Project Managers to develop timing plans, issue critical paths and support project teams to ensure deadlines are met.To manage the artwork and proof approval process to meet team KPIs, including generation, completion and control of Artwork Labelling Information Sheets and liaison with designers and suppliers.To build and maintain the bills of materials for finished goods on JDE.To work with the Master Data team to manage processes relating to the generation of barcodes and work orders, shelf life change and data cleansing.To manage the generation and obsolescence of finished goods SKU's and packaging component items on JDE.To generate and maintain product specifications including direct data input to customer documentation or online specification systems, e.g. new line forms, Erudus One.To manage the colour standards for our brands from receipt of first print run samples, Brand Manager approval and administration maintenance.To generate and maintain the specifications issued to contract packersTo provide cover for the Marketing and R&D Coordinator for product recipe management using the Hamilton Grant system and other administrative tasks.To generate item and case barcodes to support new customer listings and ensure the barcodes printed on our packaging materials meet the requirements of GS1UK standards.To act as the first point of contact with regards to any internal queries relating to the manufacture of finished goodsWhat you'll bring…Excellent IT skills ideally including an operational knowledge of JD Edwards.EnterpriseOne ERP system or knowledge of similar systems with a track record of learning and adapting quickly to using a new system.Effective communicator - able to engage at all levels.Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail within tight deadlines.A process-driven approach with an appreciation of flexibility when required.A continuous improvement mindset that looks to continually improve our ways of working and processes.Self motivated, able to work independently and proactively.Customer-focused, passionate about customer focus and delivery.What we offer...We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice can be heard.
