Job description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing the key metrics of our external supply chain partners in terms of instruction levels, SLAs/KPIs, quality and fees; advising seniors of any causes for concern. They will be driven and self motivated.

They will work closely with management to ensure that any shortfalls are addressed.

The individual will need to build strong relationships with both new and existing supply chain partners members to help drive a service which exceeds expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the management of SLAs, understands the MI and liaising with partners should performance issues be identified.
* Responsible for identifying performance issues are escalated up as required
* Recommends changes to policies and reporting
* Provide reports to management on progress and issues as required
* Attend meetings to present data on performance
* Forecasting the availability of partners, ensuring any identification of gaps are addressed
* To be responsible for ensuring we have the right number of supply chain partners to achieve targets alerting management if levels fall below the level expected
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers and customers
* Provide cover and additional assistance on various roles within the team
* To operate in accordance with the ISO Quality System
* Undertake any other duties as required by the Line Manger, which are deemed necessary and relevant to the role.

Experience

* A minimum of 2 years in either a customer service role in the Medico-Legal service industry or experience in sales or supplier management
* Working towards targets and SLA's.
* Developing individuals within the workplace
* Negotiation of fees or contracts
* Management of difficult customers
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience of using various IT systems and databases including all aspects of Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise own workload and work autonomously
