Job description

A large supply-chain company based in Droitwich are seeking an Office Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

The role of Office Support Administrator:

  • Cross-checking documents
  • Dealing with vendor queries
  • Ensuring correct documentation is in place
  • General day to day office duties
  • Answering and directing calls and emails
  • Working as part of a busy team

Requirements for the Office Support Administrator:
  • Must have recent administration experience
  • Must be fluent in both English and Polish or Romanian
  • Comfortable working in a busy office environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills

Additional Information:
  • Pay rate: £21,000 per annum
  • Temporary ongoing contract with the potential to become permanent for outstanding candidates after the completion of a 12 week period
  • Hours of work include a two shift rotation: 06:00-14:00/ 14:00-22:00
  • Must be available to start immediately
