Care Assistants, North Yorkshire

Hours: Flexible hours available/Full & Part time

Contract type: Permanent & Relief

Salary: up to £10.21 an hour (plus weekend enhancement of up to £114.91 per month, and night enhancement of up to an additional £3.40 per hour)

As a care professional you will play a vital role in delivering the best possible care across a variety of different settings such as Extra Care Housing, Elderly people housing, Learning disability day services and community based care (Reablement).

As stipulated in the amended Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, post holders must demonstrate evidence of having had a complete course of an authorised COVID-19 vaccine.

If you haven't had a full course of the vaccination at the moment, you can still apply, but in line with new legislation you must have received both doses prior to your start date. Alternatively, if you are medically exempt from receiving the vaccine, you can currently provide a self-declaration, but must have applied and received formal clinical exemption via the COVID Pass Route by 24 December 2021.
