Job description

Commercialising Digital Assets (CDA) is a global initiative that began with Digitise the Network (DTN) and a purpose to digitally upskill our workforce and provide them with the technology to use those skills and change the way we work. Year three of this digital transformation focuses on adoption of current digital assets, and new global and regional workstreams designed to accelerate the sharing of digital assets (including Digital Products) x-territory. There are three Regional Hubs in EMEA, Asia Pacific and the Americas engaging territories across the Network and responsible for supporting them to drive successful outcomes.

This role will assist the EMEA Regional Hub Lead in driving Territory alignment, coordinating the Regional workstreams and to drive key initiatives to deliver against the EMEA Technology Strategy.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder Management - The programme will affect and be affected by senior PwC stakeholders from a number of EMEA territories. The Regional Hub PMO & Change Manager role will support the Hub Lead in managing these stakeholders interaction with the Regional Hub and delivery workstreams to make the progress required.
  • Workstream Engagement - The Regional Hub is only one of a number of workstreams that form the programme and plays a pivotal role in central coordination and visibility of workstreams in the region. The Hub PMO & Change Manager role will work with the Regional Hub Lead to engage with the other workstreams and Programme Leadership to maintain programme cohesiveness and ensure they are successfully aligned with the programme and the EMEA Technology Strategy.
  • Adoption and Change Management - The Regional Hub is responsible for ensuring each Territory understands the key elements needed, and has access to assets and information to support successful transformation as part of the Programme. The Hub PMO & Change Manager will support territories in the successful preparation and adoption of each workstream, in addition to creating guidance materials, documenting and sharing best practice across the Regional Hub community.
  • Territory Progress Reporting - Each territory will be required to provide a regular view of status to the Regional Hub workstream to provide governance and allow the tracking of delivery against the plan. The Hub PMO & Change Manager will work with territories and workstreams to support the Hub Lead to validate progress.
  • Knowledge and experience in project and change management including industry standard methodologies and tools including (but not limited to):
    • Developing project plans to deliver on, and track project requirements;
    • Identifying risks, gaps and dependencies and recommend solutions;
    • Understanding impact of, and supporting processes for executing required changes;
  • Demonstrating meeting facilitation and management capabilities, more specifically in presenting information to and engaging with senior stakeholders;
  • Possessing creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions to successfully deliver on the business goals;
  • A can do approach, willingness to learn and ability to handle ambiguity;
