Client Account Manager

We have registered a fantastic role with this forward-thinking and rapidly expanding organisation in Cumnor, managing the relationship with one or more Buyer organisations, strengthening the relationship to trusted partnership level and ensuring timely completion of supplier projects throughout the on-boarding process.

Client Account Manager Responsibilities

Some of your main requirements will include:

Creating an engaged partnership with customer
Maximising service delivery
Developing tools for Buyers to increase and improve data visibility
Liaising with the customer service team
Ensuring a collective approach to work and spearheading messaging.

Client Account Manager Experience

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

Good experience of customer success and service delivery - ideally in B2B
Exposure to procurement in large organisations
Experience of managing customer relationships, customer success and service delivery
An ability to multitask
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience of working with a CRM system
Calm and friendly under pressure

Location

Our client is based in Oxford, OX2, there is onsite parking available and it is accessible by public transport. You will be working in modern, newly refurbished offices which are open-plan, giving you the opportunity to work effectively and closely with your colleagues.

This is a hybrid working position where there will be a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
